College ID Card Rules
Staff
1. The college issues ID Card to each & every staff, at the time of joining the college, which is valid during his/her work tenure in the college.
2. The staff must refrain from permitting any other person (whether a college staff or not) to use the staff’s card to enter the college premises.
3. Alteration, falsification or misuse of the staff ID Card is a violation and will be dealt accordingly including severe disciplinary action against him/her.
4. A staff who has lost his/her ID Card, must report the same to the College Administration department as soon as possible to invalidate the issued card and apply for a replacement by completing the appropriate application form. Until the loss is reported and the old card invalidated, the staff may be held responsible for any unauthorised use of that card.
5. The staff will be given the first replacement card for free.Replacement of staff ID Card due to loss, damage, theft or change in any details like name,address,phone number will attract a charge as determined by the college.
6. Staff ID Card is college property. Staff must have to return their ID Cards to the college for completion of work tenure/resignation from the college(on the last day of service).
7. Upon leaving the college, the staff must no longer use the ID Card for proof of his/her staff status for any purpose.
Students
1. The college issues ID Card to each & every student, after granting him/her admission, which is valid during his/her period of study in the college.
2. Each student is mandatorily responsible for the use of his/her student ID Card in the college premises,Exam,in any other academic activity/event or participation in co-curriculum activities held inside/outside the college campus.
3. The student ID Card is not transferable to any other person. Students must ensure that their ID Cards are kept secured and are not deliberately made available for use of any other person.
4. Alteration, falsification or misuse of the student ID Card is a violation and will be dealt accordingly including severe disciplinary action against him/her.
5. A student who has lost his/her student ID Card, must report the same to the College Administration department as soon as possible to invalidate the issued card and apply for a replacement by completing the appropriate application form. Until the loss is reported and the old card invalidated, the student may be held responsible for any unauthorised use of that card.
6. Replacement of student ID Card due to loss, damage, theft or change in any details like name,address,phone number will attract a charge as determined by the college.
7. Student ID Card is college property. Students must have to return their ID Cards to the college for cancellation upon withdrawal / termination or successful completion of studies.
8. Upon completion or cessation of studies, the student must no longer use the student ID Card for proof of his/her student status for any purpose
